We're home from our grand adventures at Akhal-Texas in The Lone Star State. What a weekend!! LOTS of TALKING, enjoying the warm weather & wildflowers in bloom (and Natasha grows beautiful roses), visiting with the Pontecorvo's gorgeous Akhal-Teke horses (we FINALLY got to admire them in real life), eye-balling the neighbor's Brahma Bulls (I was SO IMPRESSED. We don't have them in Washington), visiting with the Pontecorvos (they are wonderful hosts), and being OBSESSED with Tito & Natasha's adorable & ever-so-smart Boston Terrier, "Kitty." I LOVE KITTY! Now I want a Boston Terrier of my very own.
Many thanks to Tito, Natasha, & Kitty Pontecorvo for their gracious hospitality!

Jo says her AT gelding, Greguar, loves jumping and his job with the hounds on the hunt.
Thanks Jo!! We LOVE news about Tekes in sports!!
