Horses in the Morning Radio Talk Show!

At 6:30 AM this morning (west-coast-time)... Amrita starred as a guest on Horses In The Morning radio talk show! 


Horses In The Morning is the first of it's kind... "a live morning show with an equine theme," hosted by Jamie Jennings and Glenn the Geek and produced by Jennifer H. It airs live Monday through Friday from 9:00-10:30 (Eastern). Amrita was interviewed about (of course) the Akhal-Teke breed! Topics included a brief history of both the breed itself and how she came into it, its prevalence worldwide, it's massive potential for equestrian sports, and some insights into why, despite its incredible athleticism, the exotic Akhal-Teke remains largely unheard-of. 
(The hosts were also INTRIGUED by Amrita's previous obsession...

And I can't blame them... it certainly makes for an interesting conversation topic. Ironically... her Ducati motorcycle DID have some things in common with an Akhal-Teke: smooth, svelte, and FAST).
